Dock Lift

Dock lifts are the best solution for loading or offloading trucks for a ground level application. Dock lifts is perfect where space is limited, combining a hydraulic dock leveler and scissor lift to provide two functions at one loading dock position

They eliminate the danger and space requirements associated with a ramp and they improve safety by eliminating manual handling of freight from the truck bed height to the ground.

They are available in variant size and lifting capacities to suit a wide range of loading dock applications.

Dock shelters / Dock Seals

Dock shelters

Dock Seals provide a tight, gasket-type seal on three sides of the trailer. As it comes to rest against the loading dock bumpers, the trailer compresses into the foam side pads of the loading dock seal. This compression encloses the space between the dock position and trailer.

Dock shelters are enclosures that provide a wiper seal against the trailer top and sides for high sealing efficiency.

Vehicle Resistance

Vehicle restraints and dock lock safety systems are a key component of efficient and safe modern loading docks. Vehicle restraints lock trailers into position at the loading dock. The vehicle restraint systems incorporate an integrated system of signal lights, inside on the vehicle restraint control panel and outside on the facility wall to communicate loading and restraint status to the dock attendant as well as the truck driver.

Buildings are compartmentalized to delay the spread of fire from one area to another. These compartments are usually linked by fire doors to allow the flow of traffic around the building. Fire doors have two important functions in a fire; when closed they form a barrier to stop the spread of fire and when opened they provide a means of escape.
